What data do we collect?
- Pet data: name, species, breed, date of birth, microchip number, veterinarian address
- Photos: file paths, descriptions, dates, automatic labels (tags)
- Pet medical data: vaccinations, medications, weight, veterinary visits
- Technical data: app version, consent timestamps (audit trail)
The App does not require an account — it operates entirely locally, without registration or login. All data is stored exclusively on your device.
For what purposes and on what basis?

Who may have access to your data?
- Google ML Kit Image Labeling — automatic photo labelling, processing entirely on device (no data is transmitted to servers)
- Apple Inc. — In-App Purchase payment processing (we do not have access to card data)
- Google Fonts — font downloading (IP address)
The App does not transmit data to the Controller's servers or cloud services.
Data transfers outside the EEA
To a limited extent, data may be transferred to the USA:
- Google Fonts — device IP address (font downloading)
- Apple Inc. — transaction data for subscription purchases
These entities ensure data protection based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long do we retain data?
- Pet data, photos, and medical data — until deleted by you
- Consent audit trail — 5 years (legal obligation)
- Technical data — 12 months
All data is stored exclusively on your device. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data (Art. 15)
- Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Erase data — "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17)
- Restrict processing (Art. 18)
- Port your data (Art. 20)
- Object to processing (Art. 21)
- Withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3))
- Lodge a complaint with the President of PUODO (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, https://uodo.gov.pl)
Since data is stored exclusively on your device, you can delete it directly in the App or by uninstalling it.
Do we use profiling?
No. We do not engage in profiling or automated decision-making. Automatic photo labelling (AI) is used solely for categorisation and is performed entirely on the device.
Age requirement
The App is intended for persons aged 16 years or older. Younger persons may use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
